The building is 91% leased to five tenants on long term, non-cancellable leases. Horne CPA and advisors leased 72,960 square feet on a 15 year lease and occupies the entirety of the second and third floors and a portion of the ground level. The building recently received a fixed rate, non-recourse, major life insurance company first mortgage totaling $23,500,000.
